Red Rock Study Results Likely to Push Back Rail. A study of the Red Rock Corridor shows that projected ridership for commuter rail has decreased, while the price tag continues to increase significantly; the Red Rock Corridor Commission will continue to support the high-speed rail from Chicago to St. Paul.
